Privacy Statement

Pursuant to the Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data, the purpose of this Privacy Statement is to obtain consent for the collection of clients' personal data using the mobile application of IP-KOS LLC.

The purpose of this document is for the clients to fully understand the intent and manner of collection of personal data by the IP, and the commitment of the company to ensure that your data is processed and stored securely. We believe that our clients should be informed how their personal data is processed. Furthermore, it is an integral part of our company's values to handle carefully and respectfully our clients' personal data and privacy, having in mind that your safety of your personal data is important for us.

Definitions

  • Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
  • Processing – any operation or set of operations performed to personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

How we collect data

Client's personal data shall be collected by registering into the IP mobile application or by obtaining our loyalty card or other IP cards designed for our clients, which are available at any IP–KOS LLC station. Upon giving consent for data procession with that intent, the client shall be able to use the online application and/or the IP–KOS LLC card.

  • Providing the application user (client) has given the information required in specific fields, the user/client is entitled – by sending a request to IP–KOS LLC – to demand, block, correct or delete the information pursuant to the Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.
  • Client may opt out from using these forms at any time and in such cases, any and all personal information collected for the purpose of this service shall immediately be destroyed. Please address any complaints about personal data protection to the National Agency for Protection of Personal Data.

Personal data we collect

Personal data we collect may include, but is not limited to:

  • Personal information including first and last name, date of birth, address;
  • Contact information including phone number and/or email address;
  • Transaction details for the purpose of marketing analysis.
  • You may inform us at any time if you would prefer to opt out of marketing offers by contacting us directly at info@ip-kos.com or by phone at 0800 54321.

Why we collect and use data

  • To facilitate current and future service, marketing and promotion of the company's services.
  • To conduct marketing activities and profiling of clients regarding any service and product of the company.

Data security

  • IP–KOS LLC shall collect only the information required for the service application provided by the business pursuant to legal obligations.
  • IP–KOS LLC possesses strict security systems designed to prevent loss, destruction, damage, and/or unauthorised access to the clients' information by other parties, including IP staff.
  • In accordance with the law, IP–KOS LLC may release clients' information to other service providers or agents.
  • IP–KOS LLC personnel and third parties with access to client's information are especially obligated to respect the confidentiality obligations of IP–KOS LLC and clients' information security.
  • Pursuant to our commitment to these principles, we will ensure that we respect the trust you put on IP–KOS LLC.
  • IP–KOS LLC shall keep accurate and up to date client's information.
  • IP–KOS LLC shall never disclose the client's information without the client's consent or only when required by law by state entities.

Approval/Confirmation

By filling this statement, the user (client) declares that they give their consent for further information (personal data) processing pursuant to the company's policies within the law.
